Great pub, good selection of beer and fab food. All in the centre of Stamford and easy to find. It's small, and gets very busy.
I would class myself as one of the locals to the King's Head pub.The food selection is always taste, with a specials board that you should take note of as I personally think the best dishes are listed here. Always full of flavour and portion sizes are a good size and value for money. The service is very good and food usually comes fairly quickly. I highly recommend trying the Sunday roast dinners, but make sure you book in advance as it always is a sellout.Really good drinks selection alcoholic or non, but love the different ciders that are on offer.Staff are very polite and always love a friendly chat.
Just returned from Kings Head and wanted to post what a great meal we had. Family reunion and the food, atmosphere and service was great. The guys on duty did a fantastic job for a group of demanding women so well done to them and thanks from them all.!!!
Small pub with around 3 hand pulled real ales. Well kept ale. Nice bar very comfortable seating. Well worth a visit.
Literally THE BEST burgers!! Honestly, if you like burgers and haven't been for Burger Thursday - you are really missing out!! GREAT beer selection. Lovely atmosphere. Would go weekly if it wouldn't make me fat!!
