Well kept/ clean, friendly open space by the river, perfect for picnics and dog walking

Clean, litter free (mostly). Need more benches and tables... not everyone likes sitting on the grass and the picnic tables are tired and need re-decorating. Would be nice for public interest to have some art sculptures or free to use outdoor gym equipment? Also access to the riverbank is overgrown and fishing spots need sorting. Extra bins please at the far end of the meadows but otherwise a lovely spot to people-watch and socialise.

Beautiful place for a picnic or just to relax. With restaurants and take away available near by.
