What a lovely bunch of vets and nurses, we have only been twice and they were fantastic and very helpful. If you don't know Stamford it could be tricky to find, we drove by it the first time.
Avoid. I regret the day I took my kitten to this vet with a broken leg. They told me that I could not take her home and so I ended up with a large bill for her stay in the vets whilst we were deciding how we would pay for her surgery. we were told at first her surgery would cost "upwards of 1000", this then somehow managed to make it's way up to 2000. We could not possibly afford this and so took her to another vet, they said there's no reason why they should have insisted we didn't take her home with us as long as we kept her in a crate, and also that there is no way the surgery should ever cost 2000. I was still left with a bill that I could not afford to pay for her stay and so it was agreed we would pay in installments. I was given the account details and made the first payment only to be told it hadn't been received and the error was on my end and not theirs and that they had definitely given me the right account number. A few weeks later they admit that they were wrong and they have located the initial 50. Completely incompetent and rip off prices. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!
