My experience with Sharman Quinney Stamford was very good. I am a first time buyer who just called to book an appointment for a viewing of a property, I had registered with several other properties in Stamford as despite Sharman Quinney having a lot of properties, it is a mixed market. I requested a viewing but the qualification for my needs and requirements from Sharman Quinney was exceptional. They were very detailed about what I wanted from a property for it to be perfect and why I hadn't found a property so far. (I had kept missing out as I was too late)They invited me into the branch to go through my requirements and go through their system for properties that weren't on right move currently. This was so helpful and going above and beyond. With this they also offered me free, non committal advise from a mortgage point of few as well. I had already been to my bank so really just wanted to discuss properties but they could offer advise on properties and mortgages together which no other agent in Stamford can compete with, let alone my bank.Peter, the mortgage advisor was fantastic, he was very thorough with all of the details and went through the whole process, he was another person to discuss properties with when the sales team were busy out on other appointments!I did buy the house through Sharman Quinney and used all of their in house services which was refreshing knowing I could just call for an update and support as a nervous first time buyer.
