From the start to the finish of our sale I could not fault Nest Estates.My first point which I truly appreciated was there was no long presentation or hard selling just to get the business, we even quickly established mutual terms and left the sale with William. The property was correctly valued in line with other agents we had seen and without any delay we had quite a few viewings booked in. Needless to say it actually sold within 24 hours and many of the future viewings was cancelled.Throughout the actual sale process the Nest team was always on hand and helped to chase all parties associated within the chain up until the day of completion.
