I've been a few times and am always very happy to stay here. The pub is vibrant and has excellent food and drinks. All in all, this is where I will stay anytime I'm in the area.
This place gets good reviews, which is why we visited. We chose a fish finger ciabatta roll for lunch. We were surprised to find the fish fingers were the deep fried commercial variety. And we're 8.95!! The beer was a hefty 4.50 a pint too. We won't be returning.

One of my favourite local pubs / restaurants in Stamford. Their breakfasts are particularly good and have a wide selection of meals and snacks on offer. Beer wise, they are a bit limited but this is more than made up for my the atmosphere and food.
