Good beer and an attractive place, good service too. However the Sunday roasts we had were only ok. Two small slices of beef, some veg, all ok but could be so much better. The chocolate pudding was underwhelming too.

Disappointing, as used to be very good. Unattentive bar staff, and food not very good, we did not receive value for money!My wife sent an email complaining about the un trained staff and the long wait for service, no reply! Not good enough!
A charming and friendly atmosphere with helpful staff and fantastic wholesome food. Wonderful stay in a large and airy room with a very, very comfy bed!!
