Having been told we would get a deep clean and furniture would be moved to ensure a good job we jumped at the offer. The results are somewhat much worse than expected. When we contacted the team to let them know they had missed the utility room completely and missed several areas in the house we were simply told that this is an over site - no offer to come back and clean and no offer of compensation. Sorry but we would not recommend this company.
When I contacted this company I was told that a home visit was necessary in order for them to quote a price as they don't have an hourly rate. I was told that they would call round between 17.00-19.00. I waited in for them and no one turned up or called to apologise. If their cleaning is anything like their customer service I guess I have had a lucky escape.
I have used Stamford Cleaning Service on many occasions and found them to be excellent. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always on time and have often fitted me in at last minute. Highly recommended.
