Nobody answers the phone....

Very rude doctors, do not expect any care or compassion here. The GP's dismiss you, talk down to you and are not interested in anyway with helping. Their just assumption is that you are a time waster and its a battle to overcome this.

Totally rubbish never any appointments rude staff wast of time better off googleing my symptoms or better still ask my Guinea pig!

Huge monopoly. All doctors carry out same policies. Waste of time trying to find a sympathetic one there is none. All about sexism, ageism and cost cutting. NOT about the individual patient. Might as well have robots in place of the doctors. If you like being called - duck.me duck,me lovely, darling or similar and want to wait up to 40 minutes on the switchboard to speak to a human being you will really love reception and all the staff on reception. They don't see a doctor's office as a professional office - the patients are there to be patronized and humiliated and thwarted at every possible moment. The NHS free at the point of use - NO. If your medication is available over the counter you have to pay for it - whatever the cost. The doctors with hold prescriptions = you have to pay over the odds at online pharmacies. It's broken ,it's not going to be fixed and it is NOT the envy of the world!

worst thing that could have happened to Stamford!! No level of care at all. Will be moving doctors as soon as possible. Such a shame when people in Stamford are used to a good level of care that a big group comes in and ruins it!
