Best gym around everything you could need and more, friendly staff great service, and the gym goers also very helpfull.Great pt Brandon M at a very reasonable price with all the know how on weight loss and gains, also a brilliant array of supliment in the shop nice clean locker rooms and showers and a barber on site.Really must get myself back to the gym as there prices are probs the best in Stamford.
I've been going to Rhinos since I moved to Stamford almost 3 years ago and I wouldn't ever go to another gym in the area. It has all the equipment you'd ever need, no matter what sort of training you're into. It's a family run gym and they really take pride in making sure it's as good as it can be for their members, working hard to maintain the quality of the gym and equipment. It's also such a friendly atmosphere, everyone is made to feel welcome!

Superb gym and environment. Very friendly and the expectations of what a gym should be is always exceeded at Rhinos. The entire Team are always on hand to offer as much advice as possible and you are always greeted with a smile. Definitely a gymnasium for all and cater for all forms of training with their ever evolving list of equipment. We personally have never been to gym quite like this. Always recommending to anyone with an interest to get in shape!
