All very friendly taking your order and then the problems start, a "fitter" turns up does what he was meant to do and then leaves that's when the problems start!We couldn't shut any of our doors and the floor started squeaking so back comes the same "fitter" who proceeded to spend a full hour with a nail gun on the floor and changing the door strips so we could close the doors (I maybe would have checked that before I left but eh I'm not a "fitter"!!Now we cannot set foot on our bathroom floor without it squeaking everywhere (which it didn't before the "fitter" started the job!But lo and behold it turns out it's our fault because of the floorboards under the hardwood that this inept "fitter" put down! Silly me for thinking that it would have been pointed out to me that there would be a problem because of our floorboards and not the cowboy fitter not informing us.Would I recommend these people..yes..but only if you want to spend a lot of time down Barnack Road complaining and getting no where!What's the saying about pay peanuts get ...........!
Very good service..good quality flooring.
We have bought wool carpets from Colourbank which lasted really well. With a refurbishment they were the only company we would consider. The fitters knew what they were doing and did excellent work fitting a large carpet in an akward shaped room.
Fantastic service yet again from colour bank. Second home I have had done with these guys highly recommended. Great service from start to finish and the carpet fitters were great. All my family have used them to and have been chuffed to bits with there work.
