I have tried calling the surgery on multiple occasions yesterday to be on hold constantly and be 8 in the queue! I don't have time to be on hold for 20 minutes at a time. It was quicker to actually drive to the surgery and queue up just to change an appointment. This problem is getting worse since the surgeries have merged. The last time my daughter had an appointment they were running 50 minutes late to then be told by the doctor she didn't know how to do the procedure we had been booked in for and didn't know why reception had done this!!
Dealt with promptly and courteously always. What more do you need?
I cannot ring the surgery due to the expensive 0844 number they use, I have used it twice and each time it cost me nearly 3 which is rediculous for a local call.
