Rush rush rush, sign before treatment, who knows what your paying or being charged for, new premises need more money. RIP off typical of these people.
I think some of these reviews are harsh. Yes you have to wait and yes they are very busy and like all human industries it is hard to judge exact timings as people often cause time. Saleem has being looking after my teeth and children for years, at all times i find him polite and professional.
They were going to do an xray and didn't ask if I was pregnant! - I was so had to stop them, they then wanted me to wait until my maternity exemption card ran out for a filing I needed, had been going there since I was a kid and was never really impressed, my family and I now happily travel 30 minutes to a different dentist.
Don't bother to make an appointment until after 10am as mr Saleem doesn't bother to turn up until then, they expect us to wait over 30 mins for them but if YOU are even 5 minutes late they say you can't be seen, the service is good when you finally get seen but the way the appointments run and the fact that mr saleem can't be bothered to get there in the morning for appointments is SHOCKING
Care is always rushed but that's more to do with time constraints due to providing an NHS service than their personal preference I suspect. My biggest issue is that the phone is permanently engaged so if you want to amend an appointment be prepared for it to take a long long long while to get through.
