Extremely disappointed, the service has gone dramatically down hill in the last 3 months and the staff seem to cover up their incompetence with empty promises. Firstly the wrong requested tyres were fitted to our car with no explanation or returned calls. This, after bringing the car back specifically for the ordered tyres on a date set by the garage. Having no choice but to use the car we returned for a service 6 weeks later to be offered a complimentary valet as platitude, kept waiting an extra 2 hours while we were told it was half way through being finished only to pick up the car not valetted at all! Promises of a resolution and phone call have also turned out to be lies. A once professional garage has deteriorated beyond recognition...
Just had my car in for its mot, such helpful staff, professional polite and just lovely people, I can recommend this garage if you want a speedy high class job and all done with a smile, well done

Visited today and dealt with Chris, went looking to see what options mazda had to offer for families that needed 3 car seats across the back seat, lovely guy, polite, honest and well presented. Shame about the range though with nothing to offer. Mazda missing a trick there.
